The University of Delhi came up with its academic new academic calendar on 19^th may, 2015. The DU Academic Calendar 2015-16 is to be followed by the Under graduate and Post graduate courses students for the academic year 2015-16. As the Delhi University Nov-Dec 2015 Results are about to be announced at any time, the DU new even semester sessions (2nd/4th/6th/8th) will begin from the 4th January 2016.

DU Even Semester Schedule 2015:

Semester 2, 4, 6 and 8 will be on 4^th January, 2016 (Monday). Mid Semester break will begin from 23^rd March, 2016 (Saturday) and end on 27^th March, 2016 (Sunday).

Classes will resume after Mid Semester break from 28^th March, 2016 (Monday). Dispersal of classes, preparation leave and Practical exams will begin from 26^th April, 2016 (Tuesday). Whereas, Theory exams will commence on 9^th May, 2016 (Monday).

Students can rest their backs during the summer break initiating from 21^st May, 2016 (Monday) till 19^th July, 2016 (Tuesday).
